FEDERAL PROGRAMS

US Department of Agriculture

    Community Facilities Programs: Grant funds can be used to construct, enlarge, or improve community facilities for health care, public safety, and community and public services.  This can include the purchase of equipment required for a facility's operation. Grants are available to public entities such as municipalities, counties, and special-purpose districts, as well as non-profit corporations and tribal governments.Grants cover up to 75% of project costs.

PRIVATE PROGRAMS

California School Boards Association

Boeing

    Employees Community Fund: Seed money (one-time grants) for new programs or projects that address community needs and priorities. One-time grants to buy equipment, improve facilities, or enable special projects. All educational organizations or an accredited K-12 educational institution can apply.
